You can log in quickly and securely using fingerprint or Face ID if your device supports it. If not, just use your member number and password — both methods keep your information safe.

Can I check my balances and transactions? ▼

Yes — you can instantly see your savings and loan balances, as well as recent transactions. You can even view and download your statements whenever you need them.

Can I apply for a loan through the app? ▼

Absolutely! You can check your loan eligibility, use the loan calculator, and apply directly through the Unify app — no branch visit needed.

Can I make payments or withdrawals? ▼

Yes — you can make withdrawals using Faster Payments. At the moment, you can't deposit money, we're working on that.

Can I update my personal information? ▼

Yes — you can easily update your address, phone number, or email right from the app. You can also reset your password or PIN whenever you need to.

How will Unify keep me updated? ▼

You'll get push notifications for important updates, offers, and messages. You can also read Unify's news and blog posts in the app to stay connected.

Can I contact Unify through the app? ▼

Yes — you can use the live chat feature to talk directly with a Unify team member. You'll also have an in-app inbox where you can send and receive messages securely.

Is the Unify app secure? ▼

Definitely. The Unify app uses biometric login and bank-grade security to protect your data, ensuring your money and information stay safe.
